DX Print & Mail is proud to offer one of the most flexible operating platforms available for the production of direct mail, publications, catalogs, collateral materials, and many other commercial printing needs. Our 60,000 square foot environment-friendly facility, located in Statesboro, GA, provides commercial sheet-fed and digital printing. DX Print & Mail has a full array of finishing and distribution methods to support the needs of our customers located throughout the United States and beyond.

PRE-PRESS

Our prepress department is comprised of skilled craftspeople with extensive knowledge and training in all the major graphics applications. From processing PDF and native files or assembling pages with images that we've enhanced, our team is prepared to fulfill your prepress needs. DX Print & Mail's plating department is also state-of-the-art, processing 100% of all jobs through our automated computer-to-plate system. We utilize AGFA's Apogee WebApproval online proofing solution. This allows us to proof online from ripped files that reside on our server - the same files that create our plates. Real time collaboration, file transfer and email notifications are all available.

PRESS

The quality and flexibility delivered by our sheetfed pressroom is tremendous. We provide up to 6 colors, including specialty colors, gloss or dull varnishes, double color bumps and in-line Aqueous coating. The custom CIP3/4 profiles generated in prepress are also used to preset our press equipment, creating greater efficiency and color matching in production. DX Print & Mail prints with conventional high-line and stochastic screening processes. Both provide exceptional results, including immense detail and color fidelity. We also provide a variety of in-line finished products, in a variety or sizes, page configurations and press options.

FINISHING

Flexibility and creativity are two descriptions that come to mind when you think of DX Print & Mail's finishing department. Capable of a wide range of formats and features, our team is well versed in most aspects of binding and finishing. From folding and die cutting to saddle stitching and perfect binding, we have the technology to help us maximize our efficiency and quality. We also have the largest coil bindery department in the entire southeastern part of the U.S.
